Program Focus Running/Sprinting Mechanics Athletic Coordination Speed, Agility, Endurance Strength & Power Price Breakdown: 1-3 Runners -- $150 Total split between runners (1 Trainer) 4-6 Runners -- $45/Runner (1-2 Trainers) 7-8 Runners -- $40/Runner (2 Trainers) 9-10 Runners -- $35/Runner (2 Trainers) *INVOICES WILL BE SENT PRIOR TO CLASS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT*
