Service Description
Class designed for athletes looking for more intermediate and advanced workouts. Workout times are 1.5Hrs as opposed to 1.0Hr classes some athletes are normally used to. Athletes will be introduced to weightlifting and more advanced movements to prepare them for the next level & their upcoming seasons. ***Athletes without any Kerto.Training workout apparel will be asked to purchase a uniform for the program. Uniform Cost is an additional $80***

Cancellation Policy
*All Dry land Packages run for exactly 4x weeks from the date of first use. This means all sessions must be used within 4 weeks! Sessions not used will not be carried over into the next month. If you need to cancel please call or email us. ANY OUTSTANDING PACKAGES AT THE END OF THE MONTH WILL NOT CARRY OVER.
